Due to the recent events surrounding the COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are dedicated to keeping our patients, staff, and community safe, now more than ever!
In preparation for any appointment at our office, we ask that you inform us of the following information via e-mail or phone PRIOR to coming to the office:
Do you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, specifically fever, cough or shortness of breath?
Have you come into contact with anyone who has these symptoms or who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or the flu?
Have you traveled inside or outside of the country in the past 3 weeks? If so, where?
We’re adopting the following hygiene precautions:
Upon entering the office, we request that you use the hand-sanitizer located at the front desk.
We have medical level disinfectant soap available throughout the office so please feel free to wash your hands, as recommended by the CDC.
We have medical level protective masks available for our providers to use during your procedure, so please feel free to ask.
You can expect that we do not have unwell staff at work in the practice, which has been a longstanding policy.
We also recommend the following principles according to CDC guidelines:
Avoid contact with people who are sick. The minimum distance to avoid contagion is approximately six feet.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth as much as possible.
While in public, cover your cough or sneeze.
Clean and disinfect frequently after exposure to public objects or surfaces. We recommend utilizing alcohol-base hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol and warm water to wash your hands for 20 seconds.
If you are experiencing flu like symptoms including a fever, weakness, shortness of breath, or a deep cough, seek immediate medical attention.
Please feel free to call us with any questions and thank you for helping us all stay healthy! We look forward to seeing you!
